feats Terms of Service
Effective: 16 October 2026 · Last updated: 16 October 2026
Agreeing to these terms
feats (feats.world) is a free daily world record guessing game run by Russell Rozenbaum, an individual based in Michigan, USA ("we", "us"). By using feats, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can play
Anyone can play. You must be at least 13 to send us a record request or feedback.
No accounts
feats has no accounts and no sign-in. Your progress is saved in your own browser, so clearing your browser data or switching devices starts you fresh.
Playing fair
Please don't:
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, or to submit plays, requests or feedback;
- try to see a puzzle before its day, or reach parts of the site that aren't meant to be public;
- submit fake plays or otherwise try to skew "how everyone guessed";
- overload, attack or interfere with the site or the services it runs on;
- scrape or copy the puzzles in bulk to republish them;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may block access from anyone who does.
Requests and feedback
Your requests and feedback stay yours. By sending them, you let us use, adapt and publish them to run and improve feats — for example, turning your suggestion into a puzzle — without paying you or crediting you. Please don't send anything you don't have the right to share, or anything confidential.
About the records
Every record is researched from a public source, and each answer links to that source. We check records before they air, but records get broken and sources can be wrong. A puzzle shows the record as we verified it, and we may correct it later. feats is a game, not a reference work.
feats is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Guinness World Records or any other organisation whose records we cite. Their names and trademarks belong to them.
What's ours, and what isn't
The feats name, design, code, puzzle selection and written text belong to us. You're welcome to play, share your results and link to the site.
Photos and videos belong to their creators. We show photos under their open licences, with credit on the answer, and embed videos from YouTube. Linked sources are other people's websites, and we don't control them.
Changes to the game
feats is free and provided as is. We may change it, pause it or stop it at any time, including the puzzle schedule, scoring and features.
Disclaimers
feats is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of feats. Our total liability for any claim about feats is limited to US $50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it locally. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.

This document was drafted by synthesizing publicly available lawyer-vetted templates and adapting them to the project's specific stack. It is not a substitute for review by a qualified attorney in the operator's jurisdiction. Formal legal review is recommended once the project has meaningful revenue or material EU data subject volume.
